Kerakish was a collaborative product development initiative focused on creating an effective, multi-surface stain-removal solution. As part of a small founding team, I contributed across the full lifecycle of the project, from conceptualisation and formulation testing through to branding and go-to-market planning.
The work covered the full spectrum of early-stage product development. This included conducting market research to understand cleaning habits and pain points, evaluating existing competitors, and identifying opportunities for stronger performance or ease of use. The team experimented with multiple formula variations, testing for stain effectiveness, safety, and surface compatibility.
